March Madness Green Smoothie Challenge
Happening now: 1 green smoothie every morning M-F for the entire month of March
Day 1:
2 c. fresh spinach
1 c. almond milk
1 c. frozen berry medley
1 tblsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet Splenda w/ fiber

Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients
2 corn tortillas
16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, boiled and shredded
1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
2 oz reduced fat cream cheese
optional: finely chopped jalapenos, hot sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
2 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
